Building and Designing Websites

We build our websites with WordPress and rely on a certain tools to build them. We purchase special licensing to use these tools on all our sites.

The tools make it easier for us to build websites, make them look good, and do it faster and cheaper. Our savings are passed on to you through low prices and discounts.

Beaver Builder
This is an easy to use page builder that enables us to quickly and easily build out page layouts that are mobile-friendly and look great. Beaver Builder also has a theme that we can customize, which we use a lot on our sites.

Fluent Forms
Like our forms? We built them using a powerful form plugin called Fluent Forms. It has integrations with MailChimp, Zapier, and many other services. With it we can build contact forms, order forms, and just about any form our clients need.

Ninja Tables
For websites that need to display information in a table, we like to use Ninja Tables. It works with Fluent Forms and is a very powerful plugin.

Website Hosting & Domain Names

HawkHost
For hosting, we love HawkHost. They have reliable servers, lots of great features, and affordable prices.

Namecheap
When we need to buy domain names, we get them from Namecheap because they are the cheapest and they include free registration privacy (something other domain registrars often charge for).

Website Content

HireWriters
Websites require content and when we need content fast, we use HireWriters.

Social Media Management

SocialPilot
We use SocialPilot to help us manage our client's social media accounts. It allows us to schedule posts for all the major platforms. They also have curated content for inspiration.

Keyword Research

Semrush
One of our favorite tools for doing keyword research is Semrush. It is the first tool we go to. You can get a free 7-day trial by clicking here.

Keysearch
Another keyword research tool we use is Keysearch. It is great for researching competitors.

Stock Photos, Video, and Audio

Storyblocks
With one subscription, we get access to unlimited downloads from their library of stock photos, graphics, videos, sound effects, and music. While their library can be limited, they still have a lot to offer, so it is one of the first places we check.

Depositphotos
When there's something specific we need that we can't find on Storyblocks, we check with Depositphotos. They typically have what we need. We have a plan that lets us download what we need for like $1 each. It's a good deal.

Pixabay
There are a lot of sites to download free photos. This is one of our favorites. Pixabay has a large selection of stock images that can be used for commercial use.

Other Useful Resources

Fiverr
When we need to publish a press release, get a voiceover for video, or get some help coming up with items to give away for a promotion, we sometimes look to Fiverr. Fiverr is a marketplace where people from around the world offer services for a variety of things like graphics, video, writing, marketing, and more.

Fiverr is great, but the quality can be disappointing at times. The low prices often mean the quality of work may be below average. Many of the sellers are not native English speakers, which can also create problems, depending on the task you are hiring them to do.

EaseUS RecExperts
To create video tutorials and capture whatever is on screen, we love the EaseUS RecExperts software. It is our favorite screenrecording tool (we've tried many) and we have found it to be the best, fastest, and easiest to use.

Adobe
Adobe has the best design software on the planet. We primarily use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro for our design, print, and video projects. Though there's a huge learning curve, their software is absolutely the best of the best.
